Rates:

• Intake Sessions (60-75 minutes): $195
• Individual or Couples (60 minutes): $170. I prefer to offer 60 minute sessions, as opposed to the more typical 45-50 minute session, because I feel most people need this amount of time to really process.

Payment

Rain Tree Counseling accepts cash, check, and credit card payments. We also accept HSA/FSA. Payment is due the day of the session. Clients will be charged for appointments not cancelled 24 hours prior to their appointment time.

Insurance

We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield plans and Blue Care Network, and are considered an “in network provider”. We would encourage you to call your insurance company to find out how much your deductible is, how much of your deductible you have met for this year, and what your co-pay/co-insurance is.

If you have another insurance plan (other than BCBS), it may be possible that they reimburse you for all, or a portion of our sessions. We are able to provide you with an invoice of services rendered. For these kind of insurance plans, we are considered an “out of network” provider. The best way to determine if your insurance will cover a portion/entirety of the counseling fee for out of network services is by contacting your insurance company directly.
